Offers programs and services for children, youth, adults, couples and families needing support with parenting, relationships, coming out, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, family stress and separation and divorce

Counselling -- available to individuals, couples and families in a variety of ways including via telephone, face-to-face and online counselling

Triple P Parenting -- provides parents with effective tools for managing children with behavioral and emotional issues
* individual or group sessions available for parents of kids 0 - 12yrs, parents of teens 13-17yrs and parents of children with development/behavioral issues

Group services -- offer a range of psychoeducational and therapeutic group programs for children, youth and adults on topics including developing social skills, managing anger and anxiety, practicing mindfulness, parenting LGBTQ+
* group services are available in a variety of languages

Outreach and Presentations -- provides community-level mental health support to residents to ensure inclusivity and accessibility of services

Families and Schools Together (F&ST) -- an eight week prevention program for parents and children which helps enhance a child's success in future social integration and participation, academic achievement and healthy lifestyle decisions

LGBTTQ+ services -- host and lead agency for the York Rainbow Network and York Rainbow Information, Referral and Support Line: 1-888-York-LGBT (1-888-967-5542)
* counsellors attend LGBTTQ+ sensitivity and awareness training and are experienced in issues related to coming out, sexual orientation, gender identity, life transitions, relationships, discrimination, parenting, etc.
* also offer community LGBTTQ+ consultation and training services
