What does Findhelp Information Services use your personal information for?
Findhelp Information Services (Findhelp) asks for your name, address, email address, and other personal information when you make an online purchase from our 211Store or create a 211Pro account. This information is used to process your orders and allows us to communicate with you.
Findhelp may also use personal account information and data collected through your 211Pro account registration to generate statistics and aggregate reports for internal use and for sharing with stakeholders, funders and sponsors. These statistics and aggregate reports will not contain any information that could identify you personally.
Security - How does Findhelp Information Services protect your personal information?
We have adopted processes and procedures to keep your personal information safe and secure. The personal information you provide when you establish an account or place an order is secured using Secure Socket Layers ("SSL") encryption technology. We use this SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted as it is transmitted over the Internet. Only when it reaches the Findhelp servers is your information decrypted and stored on restricted access computers. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and your computer.
