Seniors' centre * offers social, recreational, educational, volunteer and service opportunities through centrally-located accessible facilities * recreation options include Tai Chi classes, fitness, silversmithing, tap dancing, line dancing, arts and crafts, luncheons, cards, speakers, lectures, basic computer lessons, beginner and advanced Internet instruction * Internet access through Community Access Program (CAP) and more * outreach services include information and referral, friendly visitation, Telephone Assurance Program (TAP), transportation services, income tax clinics and pension information * membership fee allows access to programs at both Centres * day passes are available for non-members * sponsoring the Centre Brick program * foot care services, available at various sites |
