The Inventory of Programs and Services

... is your Pathway to Employment.

The Inventory of Programs and Services (IPS) is a bilingual web site for job seekers, employment service providers, community agencies and the public with a comprehensive searchable database of local, provincial and federal employment programs and services.

IPS responds to the need of job seekers for reliable, timely information on programs and services in their community that can help them enter or re-enter the job market.

IPS is a service of the Local Boards of Ontario,  funded by the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities and the government of Canada. It is a project of 211Ontario.ca

Programs funded by Employment Ontario are indicated by an icon in search result listings.  Services that are wheelchair accessible are designated by .

When a search is launched on the French side of IPS, by default only programs that offer service in French are retrieved.

If you want to also include programs that don’t necessarily offer services in French, select the "Inclure les résultats en anglais" checkbox.

You will then get a complete list of services, with those services offered in French indicated by the Franco-Ontarian flag.
