Community services -- focus on newcomers, women, families with children birth-6 years * peer outreach and support * parenting and parent-child groups * food skills groups * health education * prenatal nutrition and support * LGBTQ services * expressive arts * research and advocacy on newcomer, immigrant and refugee issues

Settlement services -- counselling and peer support * LGBTQ services * newcomer education workshops * information and referral * services in various locations

Youth services -- drop-in programs * settlement * out of school programs
