    Service description
  • Provides property management services for the Thunder Bay Métis Community Centre

    Administers the following programs:

    Rural and Native Housing Program (RNH)
  • Provides decent affordable rental accommodations to low-income families who presently live in unaffordable, substandard housing in rural communities

    Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program (RRAP)
  • Assists eligible homeowners in core housing need who occupy existing substandard housing, to repair or rehabilitate their dwellings to a minimum level of health and safety

    Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program for Persons with Disabilities (RRAP-D)
  • Assists eligible homeowners in the repair, improvement, or modification of existing housing to improve accessibility of the dwelling for persons with disabilities

    Emergency Repair Program (ERP)
  • Assists eligible homeowners or occupiers in rural areas to undertake emergency repairs required for the continued safe occupancy of their houses
