Service description	Provides property management services for the Thunder Bay Métis Community Centre Administers the following programs: Rural and Native Housing Program (RNH) Provides decent affordable rental accommodations to low-income families who presently live in unaffordable, substandard housing in rural communities Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program (RRAP) Assists eligible homeowners in core housing need who occupy existing substandard housing, to repair or rehabilitate their dwellings to a minimum level of health and safety Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program for Persons with Disabilities (RRAP-D) Assists eligible homeowners in the repair, improvement, or modification of existing housing to improve accessibility of the dwelling for persons with disabilities Emergency Repair Program (ERP) Assists eligible homeowners or occupiers in rural areas to undertake emergency repairs required for the continued safe occupancy of their houses
