Community wellness program * offers counseling support services * general emotional support * friendly visiting * individual advocacy and referrals * assistance to people with disabilities access programs * nutrition and fitness awareness * stress management * alcohol-related health problems * diabetes awareness and intervention * prenatal infant mortality prevention and intervention * child safety in the home * workshops and educational outreach * responsible gambling awareness and prevention * although these services were initially set up for the Métis and Aboriginal populations in Peel Region, any person in the community is welcome to use the general services provided |
